After many adulteration cases, yet another one came to light in Coimbatore. Recently a cockroach was found in a milk packet of Aavin. A man found a cockroach in a milk pouch of Aavin, when he bought it from a government outlet of Aavin milk. The man was shocked to see the cockroach inside the milk pouch.
Th consumer found something floating in the milk and was startled to know that it was nothing but a roach floating in milk. The milk pouch was dated August 28, 2015. Post finding the cockroach, the consumer filed a complaint with Aavin management. The authorities from the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers Aavin. The police inquiry is going on in this case.

Lately there have been many cases of adulteration in eatables. Right from big brands to products selling on lower scale. It is rather sad to see that most of the consumer products are adulterated today. How will people trust brands and consume their products if such staple food products comes with adulteration that could cause major health issues?
