Need Dairy Technologist with 4-5 year experience

Current Jobs :

We need to recruit qualified Dairy Technologist with 4-5 year experience in dairy plant for upcoming integrated dairy unit at Muzaffarpur Bihar comprising 200+ dairy cows & 10000 lpd milk processing plant. Salary will not be the constraint for deserving candidates. Proper facilities for accommodation & food will be provided at plant.

As plant in-charge the candidate will be responsible to maintain desired quality of milk products and perfect schedule of reception=>storage=>processing=>packing=>storage=>dispatch.

Qualification : 

Candidate should be qualified enough to preserve starter cultures, to perform regular lab analysis, able to understand CIP/ETP/RO/Refrigeration/Boiler and importance of hygiene & safety at
premises.

4-5 nos. Supervisors experienced in dairy sector are also needed who will report to Plant In-Charge.

Experience :

Candidate having practical knowledge in Ice Cream & Juice manufacturing will have added advantage.
